Lead Business Growth at MCLAIN

MCLAIN is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, build strong relationships with clients, and lead a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
  • Requirements:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of CRM software and experience with sales and marketing automation tools.
    • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
