Job Summary:
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospice Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for successfully marketing our healthcare services to doctors' offices, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other referral sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company financial and market share goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, health facilities, and other customers.
- Conduct in-services, presentations, and educational luncheons to introduce our home health care services to physicians, patients, and referral sources.
- Coordinate and complete on-site discharge planning when needed.
- Design a regular schedule of visits to all referral sources in the geographically defined market area.
- Participate in in-service programs and the HHA's QAPI program.
- Maintain consistent attendance and submit all credentials in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of healthcare, home health, or hospice sales experience.
- Licensed clinical experience is preferred.
- Established community relationships and connections.
- Excellent people and relationship skills.
- Strong ability to present and effectively communicate.
- Ability to work well independently and in groups.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated personality, self-starter, genuine, empathetic, problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable regarding standards of practice for all services offered.
- Valid and current driver's license and evidence of automobile insurance.
- Ability to travel to multiple job sites and attend required meetings.
