Principal Finance Manager EC2 Capacity Finance

AWS Services Finance seeks a Principal Finance Manager to play a key role on the EC2 Capacity and CapEx team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop financial insights and narratives during all planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles.
- Manage and develop the financial planning and analysis processes, including long-range planning, and OP1/OP2 planning processes.
- Partner with finance teams across AWS to standardize, streamline, and prioritize improvements, remove roadblocks, and increase the reliability and efficiency of reporting.
- Support ad-hoc requests and assist in various requests from finance executives.
- Raise the bar on hiring, developing, and retaining the best talent to continue building our world-class team of finance professionals.
- 10+ years of tax, finance, or a related analytical field experience.
- 10+ years of finance technology, forecast & budgeting, or other finance-focused competency experience.
- Experience working cross-functionally with a wide breadth of stakeholders, users, engineers, and leaders to generate buy-in.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $125,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $207,000/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
