Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in the Mobility Aftermarket division of the Bosch Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data, supporting business decisions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions, including investment decisions, pricing strategies, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, controllers, and other finance professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and optimize business performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field with a specialization in Finance or Accounting.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting with a focus on financial planning and analysis in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Essbase, and Microsoft Office applications, with experience in IConA a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong result orientation and cross-functional team spirit.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • A proven self-motivated and conscientious team player with the ability to identify and develop solutions to business issues as they arise.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Multiple years of professional experience in Bosch Controlling, with plant experience a plus.
