Position Overview:
We are currently in search of Finance Experts who are eager to advance their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate all system-based financial reports for month-end closing activities and client sales analysis
  • Gather and present necessary supporting documentation for client audit processes related to royalty accounting
  • Conduct required reporting and reconciliations for client payables associated with all Helm programs involving royalty payments
  • Execute monthly account reconciliations for all accrued client royalty liability accounts
  • Support sales teams with on-demand client reporting inquiries
  • Assist in monthly balance sheet reconciliations as part of the month-end closing process
  • Prepare journal entries for month-end closing
  • Collaborate with IT and Merchandising departments to ensure accurate and efficient billing and reporting through proper program and item creation.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
A minimum of three years of experience in a relevant role is required. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).

Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
Strong project management capabilities
Exceptional customer service skills
