Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you'll be responsible for supervising front office staff, ensuring an efficient operation, and providing excellent service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the front office team to ensure optimal service and hospitality levels.
  • Train, direct, and coach team members to ensure a quality operation.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process check-ins and check-outs, and maintain accurate guest accounts.
  • Manage cash transactions and maintain complete responsibility for personal bank accounts.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries.
  • Operate PBX equipment and assist with wake-up calls and paging guests.
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in a related position.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Knowledge of hotel front office procedures and cash handling.
