Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Spire Hospitality. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and checking out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting the high standards of customer service.
- Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
