Compensation Package:

FUCHS offers a competitive salary based on experience in a similar role. The salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $120,000 annually, with actual compensation varying based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops new client relationships and enhances existing accounts.
  • Collaborates with distributor representatives to promote FUCHS products.
  • Implements marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Acts as a liaison between customers and FUCHS, identifying needs and evaluating business opportunities.
  • Addresses risks and resolves conflicts efficiently.
  • Possesses knowledge of FUCHS' OEM product offerings and their applications.
  • Engages with Automotive Retailers and large-scale Automotive Distributors.
  • Works closely with Product Management to ensure customer awareness of relevant products and their specifications.
  • Monitors global market trends and developments, leveraging insights from international operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Marketing is required.
  • Additional knowledge in finance, marketing, and management is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience is essential.
  • Exceptional consultative selling skills and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong decision-making and negotiation skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Strategic thinker with proactive planning and goal orientation.
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Open-minded, diplomatic, and a team player, comfortable collaborating with international colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% across the U.S.
  • Experience in the lubricants or automotive sector is a plus.
