Regional Business Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business growth strategy for the region.
  • Work closely with the Core Bank Division Head to ensure effective client assignment and onboarding.
  • Train and develop bankers to build lasting relationships with clients and drive referrals.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance or a related field.
  • 10+ years of lending experience, including 8 years of managerial experience.
  • Expert banking knowledge, including complex credit structures and advanced lending policies.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • High-level negotiation and written communication skills.
