Job Summary

Wexford Health Sources Inc is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Processor to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Processor, you will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with the Manager of Accounts Payable & Purchasing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices according to company policy and procedure, as well as adhere to individual customer policy in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of processed invoices.
  • Work with facilities and corporate personnel regarding approvals on invoices.
  • Work with Purchasing staff and Manager regarding any discrepancies on invoices.
  • Scan invoices to appropriate files.
  • Match the invoices to the correct check stubs.
  • Filing of checks and invoices according to vendor and current year.
  • Work with Manager on special projects as assigned.
  • Verify vendor statements against current open invoices.
  • W-9 verification for all new vendor files.
Requirements
  • High school diploma.
  • No travel required.
  • No licensing required.
  • No certification required.
