Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a liaison between patients and healthcare staff.
- Register patients upon arrival for their appointments, ensuring accurate verification of demographic and insurance information.
- Calculate necessary payments, collect co-payments, and assist with business office tasks as required.
- Communicate pertinent medical issues to the Physician and business-related matters to the Manager.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
1. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
2. Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in general office administration is preferred.
3. Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous.
4. Ability to follow both oral and written instructions effectively.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent telephone etiquette are essential.
6. Proficient in using PCs, Microsoft Office Suite, copy machines, and other office equipment.
