Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage the scheduling of field personnel, ensuring effective communication with department managers and clients.
  • Provide clear and concise updates on job statuses while monitoring calls to gather further details as needed.
  • Handle incoming inquiries with professionalism, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate the timely delivery of materials to guarantee job completion as planned.
  • Evaluate and prioritize urgent situations, exercising sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Possess geographical knowledge of New Jersey, along with parts of New York and Pennsylvania.
  • Efficiently navigate various software applications (databases, portals, maps, etc.) while executing dispatch tasks.
  • Complete end-of-day responsibilities, including preparing the next day's schedule and confirming customer availability.
  • Perform additional office duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • High energy and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Strong customer service abilities and prior experience in dispatching.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday during standard business hours.
