Role Overview:


In this vital supportive role within our strategic development team, you will collaborate across various business units and with clients.

This position is based in our Atlanta offices and focuses on coordinating information to support multiple groups throughout the organization during various project phases.

The role requires the development of skills and a foundational understanding of the healthcare industry and company processes, alongside strong anticipation, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.

Successful candidates will respond swiftly and establish solid partnerships and trust with colleagues, vendors, and clients.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Support the organization and strategic development teams in a client-focused capacity.
2. Prepare deliverables for clients by producing, formatting, and editing proposals primarily using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
3. Assist in the preparation for business meetings, pitches, and presentations utilizing PPT, Word, and Excel.
4. Maintain and update records of client and prospect interactions in the CRM system.
5. Serve as a primary liaison for client inquiries and questions.
6. Foster professional interactions with clients and prospects through phone and email to build long-term relationships.
7. Collaborate with clients to finalize approved contracts for submitted Statements of Work (SoW).
8. Identify new business opportunities and present them internally; explore avenues for cross-selling and upselling to clients.
9. Attend business development and project planning meetings as needed to provide updates and gain insights into MDoutlook's processes.
10. Conduct research to support specific strategic business development initiatives; ensure a thorough understanding of client needs.
11. Assist in executing the company's marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Business, Communications, or Life Sciences.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing and delivering client-focused deliverables, preferably in a consultancy or marketing services environment.
3. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, along with other office suite applications.
4. Experience in life sciences is a strong advantage; graphic design experience is a plus.
5. Strong communication skills, client-oriented mindset, proactive personality, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.
