Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at North End Teleservices, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities, set appointments, and make effective sales calls to close new business in all service categories.
  • Product Knowledge and Demos: Possess in-depth knowledge of our products and services and be able to conduct demo calls and handle objections.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports to management on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Three or more years of B-to-B sales experience selling intangibles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
  • Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong customer relationship skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Good time management skills.
