Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Full-Time Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for our open positions, building relationships with healthcare facilities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for open positions
  • Building relationships with healthcare facilities and understanding their staffing needs
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
  • Utilizing various tools and platforms to source candidates and manage the recruitment process
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and recruitment goals

Requirements

  • At least one (1) year experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Super-human PC skills, including proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
