We're looking for an exceptional Senior Strategic Sales Manager to join our team This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction across the North America region.
**Job Description:**
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing individual sellers in a market-leading SaaS business. They will be able to attract, motivate, and manage A+ talent to deliver strong results.
Responsibilities include:
- Rapidly grow Canva for Enterprise in the North America region
- Extend Canva's tradition of high customer satisfaction across teams
- Create, educate and refine sales playbooks and KPIs needed for operating as a top SaaS business
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership with a proven track record of success
- Ability to prioritize focus of effort and inquiry with an eye to business impact/outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
