About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as a Strategic Sales Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for the sales team, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Proactively identify and pursue high-value opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and translate insights into actionable strategies for the team.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a focus on digital media and data-driven solutions.
  • Extensive connections with media buyers, agencies, and trading desk professionals.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key brand and agency relationships at a senior level.
  • Expertise in first-party data, audience intelligence, and programmatic ecosystems.
  • Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with experience leading high-performing sales teams.
  • A proactive, strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and drive growth.

About Us:

We are Dotdash Meredith, a leading media and marketing company. We believe in empowering our employees to succeed and grow in their careers.

Salary: $180,000 - $225,000 per year, depending on experience.
