Director of Strategic Partnerships and Sales

We are seeking an experienced sales and account management professional to join our team as a Director of Strategic Partnerships and Sales. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by collaborating with partners to maximize their use of ShopMy's platform.
About the Position- Lead the development and implementation of strategies to drive adoption of ShopMy's new Opportunities feature, resulting in significant growth in budget under management
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, ensuring they are maximizing the value and breadth of ShopMy's platform
- Partner with ShopMy's Product team to identify areas for innovation and improvement, and develop new feature sets that meet the evolving needs of our partners
A minimum of 7+ years of sales and account management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. Salary range: $160,000 - $190,000 per year, with benefits including medical & dental coverage at 70%, flexible PTO, reimbursements up to $200/month to spend on teammate outings, and more.
