Key Responsibilities

As a Regional Account Manager at Bioventus, your key responsibilities will include:

Cultivating relationships to grow the Bioventus Pain Treatments portfolio in designated key accounts, serving as the main Bioventus contact within assigned large regional orthopedic groups, hospital systems, regional IDNs, and other key strategic accounts, identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic priorities with new and existing customers, developing and communicating monthly and quarterly plans to meet sales objectives, collaborating with established local sales teams on accelerating Bioventus Pain Treatment sales, owning and being responsible for sales forecasts, sales funnel/pipeline, and CRM usage, maintaining budget, and performing other duties as assigned.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
  • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities

This role requires a highly skilled sales professional with a proven track record of success in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including the functions and operations of regional orthopedic groups, hospital supply chains, and IDNs.
