About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team at WinnCompanies in Boston, MA.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs for various areas, including appliances, carpentry, hardware accessories, masonry, painting, basic electrical, basic plumbing, and basic HVAC.
  • Complete assigned service requests and repairs to company standards.
  • Assist in preparing empty apartments for tenant move-ins.
  • Maintain grounds through trash management and landscaping.
  • Complete all resident and site work orders in a timely manner.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and/or carpentry.
  • Basic familiarity with computers and tablets.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Availability for on-call activity during off-hours for urgent needs.
  • A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Ability to speak and understand basic English.
