Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team at Ye Yang - State Farm Agent as a Business Development Associate. As a key member of our agency team, you will have the opportunity to build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to meet their insurance needs.
  • Product Education: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Marketing and Sales: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the agent and other team members to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Possess sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • People-Oriented: Be a people-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-Motivated: Be self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Property and Casualty License: Possess a Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and a Life and Health license (must have currently).
