About the Role

Katapult Network is a pioneering platform that connects recent college graduates with top employers, offering a unique opportunity for career advancement. As an Account Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives business growth through strategic sales and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify areas for process improvement and effectively communicate suggestions to leadership
  • Manage a client base, collaborating with top decision-makers and marketing teams to drive business results
  • Co-manage events and meetings to present and close deals
  • Develop and articulate a unique value proposition during in-person meetings
  • Conduct demo meetings and presentations to potential customers via phone and Skype
  • Build trust, rapport, and credibility with prospects and customers
  • Attend monthly networking events, webinars, and trade shows to expand professional networks
  • Follow a business consulting sales process and leverage social media to achieve marketing objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and future customers
  • Understand the features and benefits of our offerings and develop sales presentations with related materials
  • Maintain CRM systems and documentation, as well as related administrative tasks and support

  • Bachelor's degree
