Job Overview

Fetch Package is seeking a Logistics Operations Supervisor to enhance our team and extend our services to new communities. As a pivotal member of the Fetch Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring secure and efficient package delivery for apartment residents.

In this leadership position, you will oversee the package fulfillment process, guiding a team of operations associates to deliver exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring the operations team, as well as managing the onboarding, training, and scheduling of independent contract drivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire fulfillment process within the warehouse.
  • Lead a team of Operations Associates in daily fulfillment tasks.
  • Coordinate staff schedules to optimize operations.
  • Train, evaluate, and enhance the performance of Operations Associates.
  • Manage relationships with independent contractors, including onboarding and training.
  • Dispatch delivery drivers efficiently to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Resolve conflicts and address ad-hoc tasks as they arise.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to address inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Work closely with Area Warehouse Operations Managers to drive continuous improvements in processes and services.
  • Organize and maintain package inventory using the Fetch platform.
  • Oversee the maintenance of Fetch delivery vehicles.
  • Coordinate rush deliveries and special requests to meet resident needs.
  • Deliver the Fetch Experience consistently.
Qualifications:
  • Strong drive to achieve and uphold high standards.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong commitment to prioritized decision-making.
  • Able to thrive in high-pressure situations.
  • Effective multitasking skills.
  • Passionate about customer service.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of lifting 50+ pounds.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
