Job Overview

Position Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring optimal inventory management and workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Coordinate and plan the movement of stock for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical installations.
  • Optimize the daily flow of finished goods by adjusting storage allocations as necessary.
  • Physically handle, repackage, or reorganize pallets of finished products when required.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Document all relevant activities and complete necessary reports and forms.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, along with strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Basic knowledge of company product codes and terminology is preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations and protocols.
  • Analytical skills to make informed judgments regarding inventory management.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds as necessary.
