Overview:

The Facilities & Operations Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of logistics and facilities management. This position involves various responsibilities that contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage general ordering processes through SAP and other suppliers.
  • Oversee vehicle management and assist with mail services.
  • Support space planning initiatives and facilitate communication among team members.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities and Operations team on tenant improvements, relocations, billing, vehicle management, mail services, audiovisual needs, and warehousing tasks.
  • Coordinate vendor engagements for project bidding, conduct inspections, and ensure quality completion of work while tracking expenses.
  • Support internal labor coordination to enhance daily operational activities.
  • Facilitate the global logistics movement of assets between the primary warehouse and project sites.
  • Compile daily warehouse shipping requests using the warehousing software system.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Represent the Facilities and Operations Division on project teams as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office or project-based environment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and SAP.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through capabilities.
  • Basic project support experience from initiation to completion.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Education:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
