**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Four Seasons. As a key member of our kitchen leadership, you will be responsible for leading the culinary team in creating innovative and high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop new menu items and specials that showcase our culinary expertise
* Oversee food preparation and ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation
* Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
* Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and ready for service
* Ensure that our kitchen is clean and adheres to health and safety regulations at all times

* 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role
