Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen operations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
