Territory Sales Manager

Talentporte is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for selling and promoting the use of our company products in the assigned market segments and territories.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories
- Schedule and conduct sales presentations to customers
- Coordinate with technical application personnel to meet with customers
- Track and record customer contacts, opportunities, and trip reports
- Provide regular updates to direct supervisor on projects, opportunities, and upcoming visits
- Contribute to sales forecasts and market potential analysis
- Negotiate purchase agreements and commercial items
- Obtain and report marketing information for new products
- Attend trade organization functions as required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum 7 years of direct account sales experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in direct sales of technical products to end users
- Working knowledge of power systems in assigned market segments
- Ability to travel up to 50% in assigned territories
Talentporte offers a competitive salary range of $95K to $140K, depending on experience and education. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and holidays.
