Account Specialist Job Description

KeHE Distributors is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Specialist to join our team. As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including store managers and personnel
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including KeHE Direct
  • Monitor and communicate competitive activities and opportunities within assigned sales territory
  • Present and complete store level surveys as needed by the customer, manufacturer, and corporate offices
  • Provide ongoing product education and expertise to customers and store level personnel
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of strong sales performance in the grocery industry
  • 2+ years experience with specialty food
