Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

At Basler Electric Company, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our products in assigned market segments and territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Schedule and conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to customers and prospects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive sales growth.
  • Track and report on sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
