Snowflake Computing is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Partner Sales Manager, Strategic West to drive growth and nurture relationships with our System Integrator (SI) partners and Snowflake Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive joint business plans with SIs to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with SIs to define joint Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, including strategic objectives and target markets/industries.
  • Define joint industry solutions and offerings that demonstrate capability while differentiating the partner.
  • Manage partnership goals, including sales quota and marketing activities, as a quota-carrying position.
Practice Development:
  • Inspire SIs to grow their practices with Snowflake by evaluating their expertise, capabilities, and delivery quality.
  • Activate GTM programs and define certification growth plans to support partner enablement.
  • Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with key Sr. executives and decision-makers at the partner.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments, such as product development, sales, sales engineering, professional services, legal, and marketing, to ensure a seamless partner and customer experience.

Share partner and customer feedback and insights with relevant teams to drive continuous improvement.

Deal Support:

Assist partners in navigating Snowflake's partner program and sales process, including deal registration, proposal support, reporting, and alignment with Sales Leadership.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales cycle.

Deliver on Performance:

Monitor the performance and success of partner-related metrics and adjust priorities as needed.

Think outside the box to deliver on key criteria and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of partner experience, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, business development in technology.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years channel sales or channel program management experience with accountability for revenue targets.
  • Track record of success and established relationships with SI partners.
  • Working knowledge of Cloud environments is preferred.
  • Ability to manage regional business plans, track, and articulate partner progress.
  • Strong executive presence and polish.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to organize priorities in a dynamic environment.

Travel Required: Estimated at 25-50% (variable)

Confidentiality and Security: Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company's confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this role is $193,000 - $269,300. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.
