We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical Unit at Mercy Hospital Washington. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population, including GI, Oncology, UTI, Dehydration, Pneumonia, COPD, Wounds, and Post-Op care.
- Collaborate with Patient Care Associates to ensure a safe and efficient patient care environment.
- Participate in unit-specific quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
- Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed.
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
