Job Title: RN - Medical/Surgical Nurse - Weekend Part-Time

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team at Mercy Hospital Washington. As a part-time nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care on our 30-bed unit, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population, including GI, Oncology, UTI, Dehydration, Pneumonia, COPD, Wounds, and Post-Op care.
  • Collaborate with Patient Care Associates to maintain a safe and efficient patient care environment.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient preferences.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
  • Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or successful completion within 30 days of hire.
