Route Sales Professional

At Bimbo Bakeries USA, we're looking for a skilled Route Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, and maintaining the quality of our products on store shelves. Your goal will be to drive sales through the acquisition of new display space, incremental displays, and by using sales data to establish effective store-level plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Merchandising, stocking, and maintaining product quality on store shelves
  • Drive sales through new display space, incremental displays, and sales data analysis
  • Build effective customer relationships and execute promotions
  • Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space
  • Conduct daily route settlement procedures and maintain proper inventory counts

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card
  • Ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods
