Senior Business Development Representative

As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with property professionals, obtain referrals, and engage with residents in your assigned territory of apartments, condos, and co-ops.
Job OverviewThis role involves executing sales-driving activities, including events, collateral distribution, and outreach to referrals by phone, text, and email. You will sell our clients' telecommunications products, including internet, TV, and wireless, and leverage incentive programs to be the go-to ambassador of our clients' brand.
What We Offer- A first-year expected total compensation between $65,000 and $80,000, including guaranteed base ($50,000) and unlimited incentives.

- 1+ years of customer-facing experience, such as retail, hospitality, and/or outside sales.
- A proven track record of achieving company goals and attainment of key performance indicators/metrics.
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Organized and disciplined to work independently.
- Some evening/weekend availability.
- Must live within commuting distance of the territory (Manhattan), local candidates only.
You will spend most of your time in your assigned territory, building relationships with property professionals, obtaining referrals, and engaging with residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Executing sales-driving activities, including events, collateral distribution, and outreach to referrals by phone, text, and email.
- Selling our clients' telecommunications products, including internet, TV, and wireless.
- Leveraging incentive programs and being the go-to ambassador of our clients' brand.
