Job Overview

Sohonet Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our East Coast team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling our services.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services and resolve any customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the East Coast team.
