Sales Specialist for Fire Protection Inspections

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Fire Protection Inspections Sales Professional to join our team. This role will involve collaborating with our Service/Inspection division to promote and sell inspection agreements, preventative maintenance services, and a range of necessary inspections.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand sales of new inspection agreements and related services through effective prospecting and qualification techniques.
- Engage potential clients using existing customer databases.
- Prepare detailed proposals and contracts for inspection services.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients to maintain strong relationships.
- Provide support to customers during emergency situations via phone.
- Oversee projects for larger client accounts.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Adapt to schedule changes as needed.
- Willingness to travel within designated regions.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in fire protection.
- Strong understanding of NFPA Fire Protection codes, including NFPA 25, NFPA 72, and NFPA 10.
- Experience with sprinkler systems is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, complemented by a positive demeanor.
- Proficient in computer applications beyond basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
