Key Responsibilities of the Electronics Quality Control Specialist:

  • Operating and managing the 3D Automated Optical Inspection systems
  • Performing visual and dimensional assessments of electronic assemblies
  • Utilizing precision measurement tools to verify compliance with specifications
  • Adhering to ESD protocols while handling electronic components
  • Reporting defects to maintain program integrity
  • Documenting inspection outcomes in the Statistical Process Control (SPC) database

Qualifications for the Electronics Quality Control Specialist:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing
  • Familiarity with Automated Optical Inspection technology and methodologies
  • Knowledge of IPC-610 and J-STD-001 quality standards
  • Ability to interpret engineering specifications
  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
