Senior Vice President of Brand Strategy and Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Vice President of Brand Strategy and Marketing to join our team at CAVA - Support Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that drives business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement a brand strategy that aligns with our company's mission and values.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels, including social media, email, and in-store promotions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and consumer behavior.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required, MBA a plus.
- 15+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record of success in the restaurant industry (or a similar fast-casual environment) is a plus.
- Previously sat on a marketing/digital leadership team reporting to CMO/CXO.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative and results-oriented leader with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
