Qualifications to Consider:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or one year of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are essential, including strong verbal communication and professional writing abilities.
  • Must demonstrate initiative and the capacity to work independently.
  • Proficient computer skills are necessary to quickly learn our various systems; familiarity with MS Office is preferred.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to acquire fundamental knowledge of insurance products are required.
  • This position requires working from our designated office locations. During the training period, hours will be set, and post-training schedules may vary based on business needs.
