Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Kforce Technology Staffing. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning systems and models, analyzing large datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement machine learning systems and models using advanced statistical techniques
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to extract insights and decide on the appropriate techniques and algorithms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and devise possible solutions
  • Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions, leveraging Microsoft's AI services
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, data science, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
  • Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
  • Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms
  • Ability to write robust code in Python, C#, or another language
  • Expertise with deep learning frameworks for natural language processing
  • Experience with language foundation models and techniques to customize foundation models to specific use cases
  • Familiarity with CI/CD in model lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)
  • Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Desirable Experience
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining solutions in commercial cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure
  • Excellent knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools such as Azure DevOps/GitLab
  • Experience with data engineering and data science workflows
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying at the forefront of AI advancements
