Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Operations Manager to join our team at VFit Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, managing studio operations, and leading a team of sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Membership Sales: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by selling memberships to new and existing customers.
  • Studio Operations: Manage studio operations, including scheduling, staff management, and maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the studio and drive sales.

Requirements:
