The Regional Sales Manager will support studios as they transition from Pre-Sale to our sustainable business model as an open studio.

This role is responsible for ensuring each new studio location meets membership and revenue goals during Pre-Sale, Soft Opening, and Grand Opening.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide Franchisees and their new studios through the pre-sale marketing plan
  • Help new studios hit sales targets from pre-sale to two months post opening
  • Provide on-site sales training for Sales Representatives and General Managers
  • Review club operations with the GM and the Franchise Owner
  • Host one-on-one calls and webinars with staff
  • Coach studios on customer service best-practices
  • Advise on Grand Opening plans, community outreach, and other business needs

Requirements:

  • Multi-unit sales experience required, preferably in fitness sales
  • Pre-sale or start-up experience preferred
  • Fitness franchise experience highly preferred
  • Experience with grassroots marketing
  • Experience with ClubReady, MindBody, or other gym POS & CRMs
  • Availability to travel up to 50% of the time
