Regional Sales Manager

Xponential Fitness is a leading boutique fitness company with a portfolio of brands across various verticals, including Pilates, cycle, stretch, dance, and rowing.
We have decades of experience in boutique fitness franchising and the resources to dominate every category.
The Regional Sales Manager will support studios as they transition from Pre-Sale to our sustainable business model as an open studio.
This role is responsible for ensuring each new studio location meets membership and revenue goals during Pre-Sale, Soft Opening, and Grand Opening.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide Franchisees and their new studios through the pre-sale marketing plan
- Help new studios hit sales targets from pre-sale to two months post opening
- Provide on-site sales training for Sales Representatives and General Managers
- Review club operations with the GM and the Franchise Owner
- Host one-on-one calls and webinars with staff
- Coach studios on customer service best-practices
- Advise on Grand Opening plans, community outreach, and other business needs
Requirements:
- Multi-unit sales experience required, preferably in fitness sales
- Pre-sale or start-up experience preferred
- Fitness franchise experience highly preferred
- Experience with grassroots marketing
- Experience with ClubReady, MindBody, or other gym POS & CRMs
- Availability to travel up to 50% of the time
