Job Title: Youth Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Youth Program Coordinator at KE Camps in Raleigh, NC. As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing a fun, safe, and exciting camp experience for children aged 6-12.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with groups of children to develop their physical, emotional, and social skills
  • Participate in all camp activities, including sports, arts, and crafts
  • Supervise daily swim time and assist with swimming lessons
  • Lead group discussions and games to promote teamwork and socialization

Requirements:
  • CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to work effectively with children of varying ages and abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
