Business Development Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Operations Lead to join our DashMart Central Strategy & Operations team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and executing strategic roadmaps to drive quality and fill rate goals across the DashMart business.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze operations data to inform strategic decision-making
- Deploy workflow design and facilitate internal processes to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage projects end-to-end
You will work closely with product managers, engineers, local operations, and central teams to ensure the success of new initiatives. Your expertise in project management and experience in new product launches will be invaluable assets to our team.
Your Skills and Experience- 4-6+ years of experience in expanding businesses (tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related experience)
- Experience in project management and direct experience in new product launches is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Sigma) and proficiency in Excel and SQL
As a Business Development Operations Lead at DoorDash USA, you can expect a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $165,000 per year, based on your location and experience.
