Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Operations Management Trainee to join our team in San Leandro, CA. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for developing consumer and commercial customer solutions, managing inventory, generating new business leads, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage a large inventory of vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and operations activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing required.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26' box truck.
- Regular attendance and flexibility to work varying shifts and travel as needed.
