Position Overview:
As a key member of The Auto Club Group, you will play a vital role in supporting the Retail Sales Leader to enhance sales performance and service delivery across various product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in achieving sales and service objectives within the designated area.
  • Develop and implement strategies for effective daily operations to ensure the success of branch activities.
  • Support the creation and monitoring of annual operational plans and growth strategies.
  • Coach and mentor agents and branch personnel to meet agency and product goals.
  • Analyze local market trends to inform business strategies aimed at expanding customer relationships.
  • Manage headcount and staffing needs in collaboration with the Retail Sales Leader.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and industry regulations.
  • Participate in leadership development programs and complete all necessary training.
  • Foster relationships with business partners to enhance product knowledge and service offerings.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes impacting sales and service.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources for the onboarding of new team members.
  • Conduct site visits to assess training and operational needs.
  • Provide insights on product dynamics and assist agents in maximizing compensation and sales opportunities.
  • Utilize lead management tools and marketing resources to refine action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with operational processes and address any issues with the Retail Sales Leader.
  • Support promotional campaigns and local events to drive sales performance.
  • Manage project documentation and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. A valid State Driver's License is necessary, along with the ability to obtain relevant State licenses.

Experience:
Minimum of two years in a Property and Casualty operations environment.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of captive agent insurance sales operations.
  • Familiarity with insurance products, services, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and delivery systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:
Demonstrated leadership experience in motivating and developing sales teams.

Work Environment:
Office-based role with significant travel requirements and exposure to road conditions. Flexibility to work irregular hours is essential.
