- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, aiming for complete customer satisfaction.
- Optimize every sales opportunity by effectively cross-selling profitable products.
- Ensure adequate inventory levels and restock merchandise as necessary.
- Assist in creating visually appealing product displays to attract customers and encourage purchases.
- Identify space requirements for new collections or merchandise that has sold out.
- Keep stock rooms organized and tidy according to established standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of shops to maintain orderliness and cleanliness.
- Implement loss prevention strategies.
- Check in merchandise and tag items accurately as directed.

Qualifications:
- General understanding of merchandise and retail trends.
- Willingness to perform assigned duties.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in retail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to stand for extended periods.
