Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience: Spend 100% of time on the sales floor ensuring guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and being attentive to guest needs.
  • Professional Attitude and Appearance: Maintain a professional attitude and appearance, striving for complete customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Maximize every sales opportunity by cross-selling profitable products, ensuring inventory levels are adequate, and stocking merchandise as needed.
  • Visual Merchandising: Help create eye-catching product displays to attract customers and encourage them to buy products.
  • Inventory Management: Identify space needed for new collections or sold-through merchandise, and maintain a neat and orderly stock room according to standards.
  • Loss Prevention: Maintain continuous inspection of shops for orderliness and neatness, and participate in loss prevention efforts.
  • Merchandise Processing: Check-in merchandise and tag properly as directed.
  • Product Knowledge: Have working product knowledge and be able to assist guests with product information.
  • Team Support: Will help out in all three pro shops, including Robert Trent Jones, Fazio, and Hills, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • General Knowledge: General knowledge of merchandise and retail trends.
  • Willingness to Perform Duties: Demonstrate willingness to perform duties and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including long hours of standing.
  • Sales Experience: Sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
