Position Summary: The Parts Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing our spare parts sales strategy. This position involves actively engaging with clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and fulfillment of spare parts requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences across various service channels.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure timely and successful spare parts proposals.
  • Assist in data collection and analytics to track service department metrics.
  • Provide support to Service Technicians, Project Managers, and Account Managers.
  • Maintain and utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage client interactions and opportunities.
  • Generate new quotes and ensure compliance with ATS Automation standards.
  • Manage service request tickets to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Communicate with clients regarding inquiries and updates on spare parts orders.
  • Identify and resolve customer service issues in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers.
  • Adhere to International Standardization Organization (ISO) standards.
  • Availability for off-hour support may be required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service within a technical environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in documenting customer interactions accurately.
  • Familiarity with software applications such as MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.

Working Conditions: The role may require physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The work environment is primarily office-based, with occasional exposure to manufacturing settings.
